Connect Zoom to Calendar Booking Service
Log in to your Calendar Booking Service workspace, then authorise Zoom so confirmed video bookings receive an automatic Zoom join link.
Already logged in? You will be taken straight to Integrations to connect Zoom.
How to add the app
- Log in to Calendar Booking Service (or create a Pro account if you are new).
- You will land on Integrations with Zoom highlighted.
- Click Connect on the Zoom card and approve the Zoom permissions.
- Return here anytime from the Zoom Marketplace “Visit Site to Add” button.
What the integration does
- Creates a scheduled Zoom meeting when a video booking is confirmed.
- Adds the join link to confirmation emails and synced calendar events.
- Deletes the Zoom meeting when the booking is cancelled.
Requirements
- An active Calendar Booking Service account on the Pro plan.
- A Zoom account that can authorise third-party apps.
- At least one video meeting type on your booking page.
